Sportsnet getting out of Sports Betting?

Is it weird that I have been a sports fan for 30+ years and have never used a betting website, app, or service in my life lol. Any bet I have made has been strictly peer to peer lol.

 

I never have either. A friend of mine has made $40K over the last couple of years (verified), but I have no interest.

What you typically don't hear about is how much he lost in the 2 years prior to (or after) that winning streak...

 

I've never gotten into sports betting either. I used to play proline on Sundays for the football games, but I realized that it made me miserable when my bet was f***ed after like the 2nd quarter of the 1:00 games....and I was only betting $2.

In my state of Utah, which sucks generally speaking, you can’t use any of the apps. I don’t gamble but would definitely download and use them at least for the free stuff. One time Caesar’s or something had a $250 Uber Eats gift card is your made $50 bet. Like I would’ve done that for sure

Good. I don't listen to the Fan 590 anymore (which is better for my health anyway), but every time I do, all I hear is people talking about sports bets. It f***ing sucks.
