no, MLB has to let an investigation play out and set the punishment by the results. If the pics online are the entire evidence I would imagine it will end quickly. EVERY single player is given warnings about things which might effect their contracts. It is up to the player to not be put into that situation. The parents extortion is also under investigation by Dominican law enforcement...but the two are exclusive of each other
