Like, I’m Ross Atkins.. the underlying numbers metrics look interesting, the dev team thinks they could make some changes and he could be a lot better. But then I look at a few of his games and I see this nervous looking fidgety mess and I think yea THIS is the guy I want to partially bet my future on. This guy.

 

Surely even if you are a complete true believer in analytics, you still don’t want to give someone with the body language of a 12 year old who doesn’t want to give a speech that much f***ing money. How does that happen lol.
