Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 This one couldn't have been more predictable. Jays win 11-9?
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 I laughed profusely when asked if I wanted to go to Seattle for this
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Jays win 11-9? You know it. Grand slam in the 9th
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 The way it'll go is we'll get within 1 run by the 9th, have bases loaded, and Bo will ground out.
slips96 Verified Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Why exactly was Gage sent down again? Don't question this, apparently it's fake news. I'm with ya though, absolutly mind boggling he was sent down.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 f*** this game. Don't need to remind you that under board rules, Section 7, subsection 3, "The individual that starts a gdt, can under no circumstance abandon the thread and spend the time doing something more productive and fulfilling, regardless of the score."
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Yall need fo relax, its the 2nd inning. Lawrence will keep it close. Banda as opener was dumn but they’re only down 2 Good call
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 They sent gage down to bring up this loser Lawrence?
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Good call Definitely reasonable to complain about the score now
BlueJaysFever Verified Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Team is really at this point with pitching huh?
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Don't question this, apparently it's fake news. I'm with ya though, absolutly mind boggling he was sent down. Because they needed fresh arms that can throw more than 1 inning because the rotation is injured and awful right now. He'll be back. He's a 4.14 xFIP guy.
Dagagad Verified Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Team is really at this point with pitching huh? Honestly, our injury luck hasn’t been that bad. Don’t teams average something like 11 starting pitchers total per season or something ridiculous.

JFD Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 So much salt in here, lol. Were you expecting a party lol
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 haha well goodnight. How is the Jays backup plan when they lose a starter this f***ing bad Honestly, how did they expect to compete with rotation depth this pathetic?
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Can we at least get a Moreno first career HR to feel better?
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Honestly, how did they expect to compete with rotation depth this pathetic? Yeah its bad. And alarming that they apparently valued someone like Hatch so highly. Pearson is a massive disappointment. Should have traded him in a package for Ramirez

gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 I would have no issues punting this season if it meant that Atkins, Chuckles, Martinez and Rivera were all gone.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Well I got some episodes of The Terminal List still to watch.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 I would have no issues punting this season if it meant that Atkins, Chuckles, Martinez and Rivera were all gone. I’d much rather make the postseason, but eh. I guess I wouldn’t be disappointed if we cleaned house
Dagagad Verified Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 I’m available to bitch about our pitching dev at any time. Put me in coach!
Dagagad Verified Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 I’d much rather make the postseason, but eh. I guess I wouldn’t be disappointed if we cleaned house I’m all seriousness, it depends heavily on who we get. This is a good front office with a major weakness. Alot of front offices have like 5 major weaknesses.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Everyone was like 'we aren't firing on all cylinders yet', well this is what it looks like when none of the cylinders are firing.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Why the f*** is Charlie burning so many arms, jfc. Just f***ing keep Romo in, how is he even on a pitch count throwing what he throws
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Why the f*** is Charlie burning so many arms, jfc. Gausman must be a sure thing next start.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Can we at least get a Moreno first career HR to feel better? Moreno needs 2 hits to get it over the fence. Swings a wet noodle at this point.
Dagagad Verified Member Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Why the f*** is Charlie burning so many arms, jfc. Just f***ing keep Romo in, how is he even on a pitch count throwing what he throws Lol it’s like you are complaining that the waiter isn’t bringing the poop soup in fast enough.
