Sure. I’d also see about making some changes within the org. It’s been 6 years and one starting pitcher and 2 ok relievers. It’s not good enough.

Exactly... whatever our process for pitching development is needs to be completely overhauled. It's pathetic to have such little pitching success in Shatkins 6/7 years on the job.

The pen is being overused by Charlie. The arms are fine. Them getting up and getting warm every game is the problem imo. We're mid-pack in innings from the pen, but we're 4th in appearances.

I've said this for years that we manage our bullpen like we're the Rays but without the Rays good arms. However they're deciphering the analytics in our organization doesn't seem to factor in that very important part lol.
