srini Verified Member Posted April 29, 2022 Posted April 29, 2022 Buck Martinez will be doing his last game today before he starts undergoing cancer treatments. The man has done it all with this franchise as a player, manager, and broadcaster. I'm sure all Blue Jays fans join me in wishing him a full and speedy recovery. Buck we miss you a lot and wish you a speedy recovery. You are one of the reasons why we got hooked to Blue Jays and baseball. My wife strongly feel that it is your "get up ball, get up ball , gone !" call that gets the ball over the wall. Your deprecating humor is something that is un-catchable. Get well soon, buddy our prayers for you and Jamie. G
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 Well done by Kenny Ken, Smoltz, Dan Plesac, and all the Jays players at the game, that showed/spoke their thoughts for Buck and Jamie last night.
