Omar Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Gardner turns back into a pumpkin when the Jays leave town.
BCZ Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Terrible pitch call I mean it was supposed to be inside and Manoah threw it dead middle
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 95% of Manoah's 2 seamers have moved over the plate tonight. Calling it against Gardner is dumb
Buster Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Does Jansen call a bad game or is it just me?
TrueNorth Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Now lets hope the Jays pen doesnt give up any more runs
Focus Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 brett garnder has the looks of a wife beater
infinitebook Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 This is on the offence though...this should've been a blow out
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Terrible pitch call It was a good pitch call. Two seamer intended to start inside and run back over the inside corner. He just didn't command it and it leaked right over the middle of the plate.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Missed his spot, Gardner popped it.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Manoah needs to use his four seamer more. Always got annoyed with Stroman when he would use nothing but his two seamer and batters would figure it out.
Scion Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Manoah has been shakey for a few starts now, I was really hoping he could just get through 5.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 I mean it was supposed to be inside and Manoah threw it dead middle Yes. Every inside fastball called to a lefty tonight has done that. Why was that going to be different
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 lucky to be tied with only two hits
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 I'm with Buck there. Manoah should be zoned in on his game, not clowning around in the dugout like it's an off day for him.

Omar Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Why is Lamb on this team? He has never been good. Anywhere.

InvincibleTiger Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Rays just took 1-0 lead
Buster Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Do I have to watch Randal past this season?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Now you use Grichuk to PH with the bases empty, a whole twi innings later and only in the sixth. Charlie is one of a kind, it's embarrassing.

Manoah should be zoned in on his game, not clowning around in the dugout like it's an off day for him. I mean, whenever players act different (in various sports), it always gets thrown back at them when they struggle, even when its the same behaviour they had when they succeeded. At the end of the day people are different, if Alek feels more comfortable being loose and joking around people should leave him be.

That's how he deals with pressure obviously - by being outgoing. It's not that uncommon. Not everybody needs to turn into a statue of Roy Halladay when they are pitching.
TrueNorth Verified Member Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Grichuk wastes no time to waste an at bat
