It won't be soon. Maybe sometime in August. In my area you still can't even get your first shot unless you're over 50, let alone a second.

Dont see the border reopening until 75-80% of the population has recieved atleast one vaccine. That’s probably not going to happen until August or September. A lot of people are going to need their second shots around that time as well.
