I don’t know why they put Wilner on the air for as long as they did. That guy was horrendous at his job. He was always angry at the world for no apparent reason. Being fat and ugly might have had a lot to do with that but he seemed genuinely unpleasant to be around.

I don’t think pitching on regular rest is an injury risk but ok. I just don’t know why you trot out guys like Roark when he could been easily skipped.

I believe Ryu said himself that he's better with more rest. And I agree man, I'd love to avoid Roark on this team. I spent all offseason hoping we'd sign anyone to replace him but that price tag was too much.

Because obviously they’re hoping Roark isn’t just a sunk cost... they’ll likely give him a handful of starts and he’ll be out of the rotation in a few weeks if he shows nothing
