Statcast numbers look good. He's looking pretty legit these days fellas.

I don't know if it sticks, but kudos for him for his hard work - he's lost a ton of weight, improved his body, his defense, his speed and his swing path - all while overcoming a very difficult time with the loss of his mother.

yeah , he is an easy guy to root for. It's one of the greatest things about watching sports to see guys like him 'make it'. And I believe he will. He may never be a 'star' but I think he is every bit the player as someone like Justin Smoak has been and likely a bit better!

It's so much easier to take when the opposition beats you rather than you beating yourself.

too damn many close games just magnifying every error/mistake!!! The Jays have won 21 games, 11 of them by 1 run. The loss column isn't much different. It's been a weird run......

The baserunning errors are more obvious, but the performance of our hitters in game 2 was as bad as anything we have seen this year. That was some good hittin' as Josh Donaldson would say. We didn't capitalize on a plethora of bad pitches in the middle of the plate and hitters counts.
