of course the game they give up 11 is when they start hitting lol

A base running mistake cost us a run and we gave up 5 unearned runs. We should be up in this game easy. Too many mistakes.

3b Anderson over Shaw X 1000

Vilar is one of the better SS

1B Aguilar is a season removed from 35 hrs

Alcantra is really good (COVID)

E Hernandez is good and up and coming. Had a small blip last night.

Caleb Smith is decent

LF Corey Dickerson has been a consistently good bat.

They have a LOT of on the cusp or up and coming young players.. Pitchers and positions players. They kind remind me of the Red Sox the year they really sucked, but you could see the talent emerging.. Then the next year they went to the playoffs..

You also could write

Anderson is an above average player

ss Villar has had 2 above average seasons in his 3000 PA. Has as many below replacement level as he has above average

1B aguilar is over 30 and coming off a below replacement level season

Alcantara has outpitched his FIP so far in his career and isn't around

E Hernandez projects to be almost average

Caleb Smith is turning 30 and has never shown more than being healthy enough to be an innings eater

Corey Dickerson is the 2nd above average player and well into decline

If your looking at current form, no. If you're looking at talent potential I'd say we have 4.

Teo, Bo, Biggio and Gurriel

I actually give them many more. I am not anti Vlad like most...i just never had him at the same ceiling as most

Can we get Borucki and Hatch loosening up?

Unless they tie this game f*** no. They should not touch a Baseball in a game we are losing.

Yamaguchi has actually looked quite good. Hitting 93 mph with his fastballs with a good splitter.

When he’s on, he can be good. Unfortunately he’s the type of pitcher who will get shelled when he’s not. Not much room for error.

He should be fine as your 6th-7th inning guy. Montoyo was putting him in high leverage.
