Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 The Orioles are showing us why they're still the class of the AL East. Don't even need Buck Showalter's 10 WAR to blow teams out.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 The MiLB stats say SRF strikes out a lot of hitters and also walks many of them. What about that last inning disproved his MiLB stats? not only last inning but the 33 from last year as well
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Why are we swinging at dirt ?? Honest question - are you new to the board and looking to contribute to the ongoing discussions? or are you just a GDT troll?
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 The MiLB stats say SRF strikes out a lot of hitters and also walks many of them. What about that last inning disproved his MiLB stats? SRF has good stuff. He gets a ton of swing and misses. He needs to work on command and control, but more than anything he needs to work on the mental side of things.

jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 I've been saying this since the start of the game, we can't let up very many runs because Hess is an ACE. Gotta shut em down here.

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 SRF the next Hader. Put him in the pen
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 SRF the next Hader. Put him in the pen Probably just needs another year in AAA to work on throwing strikes more consistently
xposbrad Verified Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 This is painful watching SRF, was he supposed to be the jays best pitching prospect?
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 SRF has been inconsistent his whole pro career, except for this one year in full season A ball
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 GDT troll - got it. These first 7 pages are good examples of why I typically never enter these. Have a drink and relax lol
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 You guys are acting like he's ever improved his command in the minors. It's always the same.

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 This is painful watching SRF, was he supposed to be the jays best pitching prospect? Pardinho and Pearson
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 This is painful watching SRF, was he supposed to be the jays best pitching prospect? 3 years ago yes
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Randal Grichuk really needs to get going, his timing is just garbage, missing everything.
xposbrad Verified Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 3 years ago yes I don't know what catcher is going to be able to block that breaking ball. If he can't find the zone I don't think his fastball sitting at 92/93 is going to fool anyone.
LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 You guys are acting like he's ever improved his command in the minors. It's always the same. He had a 3.16 BB/9 in AAA last year, relax
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Randal Grichuk really needs to get going, his timing is just garbage, missing everything. What do you mean, he is doing exactly what he's done the last 5 years. 1 half awful and 1 half above average.
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 My f***ing God every game now the first 3 innings are like this?
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 What do you mean, he is doing exactly what he's done the last 5 years. 1 half awful and 1 half above average. exactly lol
BlueRocky Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Is his velocity down from last year?
