Flurry of moves being made today. Good on Atkins for recognizing how s*** the roster looked and making the changes to improve it.

Did everyone enjoy the Ryan Feierabend era?

 

The worst thing about him is that he framed the lineup card or whatever and made it an ordeal. It's like come on dude, you got rocked. Bad look IMO

Hey guys

 

the best OBP guy on the team is batting 8th, it must be a mistake?

 

Gotta love Drury and his .307 career OBP leading off. Hopefully Biggio batting 8th doesn't last long and he's the leadoff man before too long.

Dude, if I was a fringe MLB starter who was almost certainly experiencing his last rodeo, I'd be getting whatever I could get that wasn't nailed down to remember the ride.

That is pathetic. Ranking dead last in the entire league in several categories when the NL teams are giving ABs to pitchers.

Just checked. The Jays pitchers are 2 for 5 this year so they're actually improving the Jays stats. Maybe the team should let their pitchers hit more.

Yeah we knew we were re-building but expected way more growth on offense then this.

 

Our bats are sitting at -0.6 fWAR for the season.

And our only 3 batters at over 0.2 WAR are Sogard (who will likely regress and become a dfa candidate), Smoak (who is going to be traded), and Galvis (who I wouldn’t be surprised to see him traded).
