We didn't have to do that. Josh has been very willing to join us from the moment we reached out to him. He seems like a really nice, approachable kid, for what it's worth. He was the first player we asked.

I just meant in terms of some of the other names I heard mentioned that may pick their spots different.

 

But you’re doing it the honorable way and smart. I can imagine players starting out that may not have been solicited otherwise would be more willing to come on

There is probably no better way to crash and burn a new venture than to get in over your head essentially overnight. Organic, gradual growth is the way to sustainable, long-term success, connor.
