Good monologue on how the Hall of Fame voting is F$#cked up... I think it was off the cuff, but sounded well thought out.

 

The Fact that in almost 2019 it is only the the Baseball "Writers" who can vote, and that even TV guys who watch the team or game 162 games plus a year don't have a vote, is also f***ed up.. They should have changed it in the 60's, let alone still having only writers in 2019...

As usual, you missed the point on the K rate discussion. A 25% K rate is nothing to worry about when a guy also carries a 19% walk rate and hits bombs.

You missed the point of my statement my friend. I wasnt talking specifically about Harper with that comment. . My statement is that it is sad that 25% is league average in this day and age.

 

The comment was to modern day aceptance of a higher rate of Ks and what the overall league average is.

 

I probably mumbled my points together but the reason I am down on Harper is the coasting on D, if true.
