Yeah they went to Arash after, who then said Atkins said 2019 will be tough - listening to that video that’s a bit stronger than what Atkins actually said to him yesterday.

It's probably just noise. Jansen does do a weird thing with his glove right prior to the pitch though, moving it a lot (I think to relax his hand), which may be a distraction for some pitchers.
