All you can really do is laugh at this point. Basically since Osuna suspension this team has been pure depression. We got small glimmers of hope with Gurriel Jr and Borucki but that's about it.

All you can really do is laugh at this point. Basically since Osuna suspension this team has been pure depression. We got small glimmers of hope with Gurriel Jr and Borucki but that's about it.

 

The good news is there is no chance Rogers will try to milk this any longer. After 2016, sure, keep trying. After 2017, eh, it's probably a .500 calibre team but those types could get lucky in a weak league. But after 2018? No way anyone can spin this into trying to compete. Maybe we will see some real movement now while the team gears up for 2020 and beyond.

Unfortunately its a year to late. They decided to keep Donaldson. And our best trade asset is Marcus Stroman coming off a down season. They should probably put Sanchez back in the bullpen considering the last 2 years have been a disaster with his health and even when he was healthy he was s*** as a starter.
