What on earth did Cavan Biggio do in the winter. He's got a a .407 ISO, good for 2nd in all of baseball. He's not even striking out an unreasonable amount.

Let him continue his success and play in the Eastern League ASG. If he's still raking at that point, give him a shot in Buffalo. If he continues to play well there, he would be in line for a shot at the bigs in 2019.
