I'm always enjoying seeing the JRs in Lansing. I don't have super high hopes for Biggio but he gets on base and seems to have some positional versatility so potential utility guy down the road.

I also have no hope for Ryan Noda but I get a kick out of the 32% BB% that leads to a .500 OBP.

Samad Taylor is going to be fun to follow. This kid just keeps hitting. Shatkins made some amazing deals for rental players at the deadline. On the flipside Warmoth has been really bad in Dunedin. Hopefully he gets going soon.

Anyone have info on Zach Logue? Is this lefty drafted last year in the 9th rd just org depth or does he have a shot at developing into something?

I like that we're getting a glimpse into the future with this recap. April 29th will be a lousy day for Ryan Borucki.

Yeah, typos suck. I tried to edit it after but it's too late....

I can see Warmoth and Vicuna changing teams. I've watched Warmoth for 3 weeks now and he looks over-matched. Last night you could see the frustration setting in after another ugly strike-out.

Riley Adams on the other hand looks like he belongs...not great results so far but hits the ball hard most at bats.

Draft reports made him sound like he was destined to be a decent lefty bullpen guy at best, and he had a lot of trouble with the long ball in college, but seems to have found a groove as a starter early in his pro career for sure.

BA draft profile - “After an apprenticeship in Kentucky’s bullpen, Logue became a reliable starter as a junior, posting a 7-5, 4.84 year, showing the ability to generate strikeouts with his slider, but also showing a propensity to give up hard contact when he caught too much of the plate. Scouts see him moving back to the bullpen as a pro, a role they saw him excel in last summer in the Cape Cod League. Logue’s 87-90 mph fastball and fringe-average slider both might play up more in short stints as a matchup lefty.”
