AledmysDiaz Verified Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Morales should have gone after that first pitch, it was a meatball right up the middle.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Just put Morales on the DL for the next two years. That way he gets to sit on the bench for vetrin presentz and not hurt the team on the field anymore. It's ridiculous that the front office keeps him knowing full well he's already sunk cost because no amount of realistic performance from him will ever make him tradeable. Just cut your losses guys.

Man dude leaves so many men on base, its crazy.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Morales should have gone after that first pitch, it was a meatball right up the middle. It was the only breaking ball he threw for a strike that inning. Can’t blame him for taking that.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Lol at that swing by Gallo. Jesus Christ that was feeble.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 It's amazing how good of a defender Donaldson can be even when his arm isn't nearly at its best.
Willy25 Verified Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 I really hope Grichuk shows like a major leaguer tonight. Can't have a repeat of wednesday.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Woof, devon and Grichuck back to back might be brutal
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Uhhh, watching Pillar followed by Grichuk is going to be frustrating tonight... Hopefully they make me eat my words.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Travis has like no batspeed right now.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Travis has like no batspeed right now. Also seems like he doesn't really know what he wants to swing at. Not sure why he'd be going after those upper outside zone pitches when he's much better hitting the mid to low strike zone
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Ugh, just stupid mental mistake. And that is not a hit in any way, shape or form, that scorer should rethink his choice of profession
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Lucky that didn’t go into a crowd. Wow set your feet. Beltre can’t run.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Pillar, Grichuk, Travis, back to back to back. Good time for a coffee break lol. Painful.
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Looks like all of the injuries are starting to play in a role in Travis' production. Hopefully he can heat up because it's been ugly so far.

Hopefully he can heat up because it's been ugly so far. He was god awful in April last year. Not even worried about it. But putting him in the lead off spot to begin the year was a mistake.
