I would be very temped to use it on my phone but I am pretty grateful to have it available my desktop when I'm home and probably watching the most Baseball. I was able to watch significant parts of every game in the majors last night. Honestly can say I never experienced that before.

You can use it on your phone, just Wifi like your laptop. This is 100% true because I watched on it last night

 

I'm confident it works on data connection as well here in Canada because it's not a US network, but I haven't tried that

I was told specifically to never use my mobile lol. If I turned off data and only used wifi sure that would probably work but doesn't really help me where I would want to use it. Also the vpns are essential for me on MLB.TV. I was blocked from Mariners game with a vpn based in Oregon. And the nats game when using one from Virginia. Flip flopped them and it works perfectly.
