Speaking of dip, I made this stuff a week ago and I swear to god it's the best dip I've ever had. It goes well with literally everything I've tried it with (onion rings, fried pickles, bugles, veggies, even as a kind of tartar sauce for fish)

Pretty easy to make, grating onion is a bit of a pain in the ass but very necessary to get all that onion juice out and mixed into the dip.

 

It shouldn't be that difficult to become a small town girl in this day and age. Property values are generally cheaper in most rural areas and the savings could be used towards reassignment surgery if needed.
