It wasn't steroids, he was suspended for a stimulant that he said was in one of those strength powder drinks you get in health stores. For once in these situations, his story seemed believable.

Stro show is a show. As a fan I love the guy and want him on the mound for my team.

His comeback from his knee injury and his late season performance was historic. He had one of the best MLB pitching seasons last year and he is a Jay.

I think it's usually less pressure on the shoulder and more on the elbow.

I think people are right that side armers have less shoulder issues, but when you been pitching a certain way for 15 years and then decide to change your arm slot completely, that’s when injuries COULD happen.

Side armers are generally softer throwers too, so less torque you'd think.
