EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 The amount of salt that would’ve ensued if that went out
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I wouldn't have made that PR for gurriiel
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 This is probably a smart move but stubborn and biased me is sad to see Yuli out of the game.
StealingSigns Verified Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Watch this now go 8 scoreless innings...
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Another underrated aspect of this game is the versatility. There's players moving all over the diamond: Barnes, Chris Taylor, Bregman if need be, Marwin Gonzalez next inning. And Houston will shift their outfield now entirely.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 We'd probably all have had multiple strokes and/or heart attacks if the Jays were one of the teams in this game. This is true...
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Is there anyone who hasn't pitched back to back games? Lmao this is insane, at this point Verlander will come in for an inning here and still start the next game.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 That's uh...one way to make a point.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I wouldn't have made that PR for gurriiel Yeah, tough call with two out. By the time he comes up to bat again though, the game may be over anyway. Probably the right move.
HealthDream007 Verified Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 If I were a fan of one of these teams I think I would have drilled clean through my head by now. That or launched a raid on the nearest pharmacy for all of their anti anxiety pills.
TheHurl Site Manager Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Jays fans would be screaming murder after that slide
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 That was a super reckless slide by Ethier for no reason but he may just have mistimed it, the guy hasn't played for a while.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Yeah, tough call with two out. By the time he comes up to bat again though, the game may be over anyway. Probably the right move. You're probably right. Mind you I'm just speaking as a guy who likes to watch Gurriel play so I'm a bit biased lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Yeah, tough call with two out. By the time he comes up to bat again though, the game may be over anyway. Probably the right move. Agreed. Entirely defensible one way or the other.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Jays fans would be screaming murder after that slide I was expecting Altuve to sucker punch Ethier tbh
TheHurl Site Manager Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I wonder if playoffs are the same as regular season and they are charging almost nothing for ad rates
HealthDream007 Verified Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 "Water" damage. It's more believable that you've emptied your nuts on your keyboard to this incredible game. Put a bunch of models in the game and I'll gladly oblige.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Slow down, kids, yes, you to Hurl.
StealingSigns Verified Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 McCann got some chin music there. Zaun will be happy.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I thought that was it for a second.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I half expected McCann to charge the mound
Kordesi Verified Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 The fans are all burnt out. This is so intense
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 I thought that was it for a second. It certainly had the distance, as a reward he gets rope burn for the next three days.
StealingSigns Verified Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 The madness is finally over lol
