If Tulo continues to suck, then he's going to be released, most likely. No team is going to trade talent for him or take his contract, so just cut your losses.

Not now, but a year from now if another young option presents itself? Why not? If he bounces back in 2018, then that's a different story, but if he's still trash, then better to just cut your losses.
