At the very least Biagini could now be the long reliever when everyone is fit.

 

He could potentially start full time if Estrada is traded at the deadline if we're not in playoff contention.

 

Stroman, Sanchez and Biagini would be 3 young, exciting, controllable starters. Let's hope Joe builds on today.
