Nice job Zeke. Rays wanted that inside pitch but it was borderline. Jose struggles continue. I keep expecting old Jose to return but he seems in between on pitches more than I've ever seen for a sustained period.

I think it was just out of the strikezone but some umps would have given it. It's still early, we need more of those pitches from both starters to determine if the ump is indeed a dud.

Maile so far has been good behind the plate. What a massive upgrade.

He just knows to trust his catcher and focus on executing pitchers. Maile was asked what it was like to catch Estrada and he said he was baffled by the fact that Estrada didn't shake him off one single time. Buehrle really had a positive effect on estrada.

Why was that interference? I mean I'll trade Smoak for Travis on the bases any day of the week, but Smoak just didn't have anywhere to go.
