Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Runs should be at a premium tonight so hopefully Liriano gives us at least 6 strong innings.

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Author Posted May 5, 2017 I was surprised no GDT after 7 PM, just whipped this up, quickly.

Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Kevin Pillar is an athlete and a baseball player. Stay tuned for more insightful analysis from Tabby.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Author Posted May 5, 2017 Still ball to me... Raptors are playing too.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Come on Liriano we need you to pitch well until July 31st so we can trade you to a contender.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Author Posted May 5, 2017 Plantar Fasciitis is the worst... Longo's a tough SOB.

Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Is that Russ Adams? I don't think I was in Canada when he was around so forgive me for not knowing. That's correct.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 That's correct. just imagine how good he could have been if he could have ever learned to throw to first base.
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 just image how good he could have been if he could have ever learned to throw to first base. The bat looked really promising after his rookie season where he walked as much as he struck out and showed some power. The next 3 picks in that draft were Kazmir, Swisher, and Hamels though
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 If only we could hit the first pitch fastball down the middle...got a bunch of them tonight
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 The bat looked really promising after his rookie season where he walked as much as he struck out and showed some power. The next 3 picks in that draft were Kazmir, Swisher, and Hamels though he had good range too, just couldn't throw to first. they even moved him to second to see if being closer would help with the throwing, but it didn't and he was a bust those were dark times
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 Liriano has some really good movement on his pitches tonight
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
