If I understand correctly, as long as he plays all his game in the minors, it won't compromise retro-active DL scenarios.

And by the sounds of it JD is going to start DHing this week so good news on the injury front. Pearce is starting to throw from 150ft so they are hoping he is back playing in the field soon... Everything sounds good until one of them has a set back and the board goes up in flames.

Latos is Buffalo bound.. he has not shown any signs of being someone the Jays can even consider an option for the rotation or bullpen.

Doubt he'll accept Buffalo, he'll just opt out of his contract.

Latos is fubar. This was a shot in the dark and he'll probably be cut by the end of March if he doesn't agree to go to Buffalo (which he probably should but likely won't).
