fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Lol the ump looked at the Jumbotron and made the call hahahahaha
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 There's a break for us, two veteran hitters coming up, time to go here boys.
Pinkfloid Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Cleveland is better than Kansas. But just like Kansas City. Everything is f***ing going Cleveland's way. They have not been way better than the Jays in this series. This is one of those series that could have just as easily been a sweep for either team or gone a full seven games, if that makes sense. To me the Jays bats coming around and the team taking three in a row is still a distinct possibility. If the gods start to favor us then anything can happen.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 The ump didn't look too happy making the out call..
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Hey Martin is actually capable of throwing someone out. Never mind that it's only due to them coming off the bag.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 ... Not the first time I get something wrong!
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 They are just gifting us a call to end this game, no one wants to be there anymore.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Regardless if Cleveland gets to the World Series, they have no shot vs. the Cubs or Dodgers, as both are far superior teams to both the Jays and Cleveland.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 9 run inning here we come....
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 The ump didn't look too happy making the out call.. Haha yeah I thought the same

Stoneyen Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Um, no, not at all. Cleveland has easily been the better team, they are playing outstanding baseball right now. No fluky hits at all, just phenomenal pitching combined with rock solid defense and power hitting when it counts. Go join the f***ing Cleveland board if you're so enamored with them. They've barely outscored us this series.
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 18, 2016 Author Posted October 18, 2016 I hope they change the rule on those plays next year. I'm so f***ing tired of wasting time to figure out if a player popped a couple inches of the bag on his slide. It's against the spirit of the rule anyway.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Regardless if Cleveland gets to the World Series, they have no shot vs. the Cubs or Dodgers, as both are far superior teams to both the Jays and Cleveland. lol Teams don't just get to the WS without having a shot of winning it.
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 There's a break for us, two veteran hitters coming up, time to go here boys. So you're saying, there's a chance?

Omar Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 The ump didn't look too happy making the out call.. mlb has nasa check their satellites just in case they find something to overrule jays.

intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Guys need to start smothering the bag. The pop-off thing is really a side effect of replay. Interesting how it's had an effect on the game.

Completely agree take those plays out and give the managers a 5 second window to make a call

HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 that's what we need. Players who aren't always pull happy. The shifts have killed us.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Heading towards the ass of the order

With the way they are playing right now they have a good shot at winning the WS against either the Cubs or Dodgers
