Lol Clevenger is going to get eaten alive

He'd use Kluber on 3 days rest if Jays are winning the series 3-0 or 2-1 I would think

How much trouble would the Tribe be in if Kluber lost in the 1st game?

That 4 man rotation looks like very hittable

Assuming a 2-3-2 seven game format

So it's looking like:

Estrada vs Kluber

Stroman vs Bauer

Happ vs Tomlin

Sanchez vs Clevinger

Is that the actual order for us? Has anyone reported that?

I think it would be better to start Happ game 2 then start Stroman and Sanchez at home.

Not necessarily. Stroman anniliated Cleveland both at home and even more so away this season. He could start in Game 2 just fine.

Good thing I booked a room before Cleveland won Game 3 lol. The hotel I'm staying at still has availability but only suites left for like $563 CAD per night.

I've never spent more than $120 on a hotel, and that's for four star hotels. I'd probably cancel my trip before spending over $200 even.

I'd be very surprised if Kluber isn't going gave four.

I still find it crazy that we have no problem putting our "ace" in the fourth spot. Teams would kill to have this depth.

I agree... wait to get peanuts last call or an inning by.

Hotels are what make travelling expensive. It's kind of ridiculous that these hotels can charge that much just for a place to sleep & shower. You would even think with the prices they expect people to pay that they'd offer free breakfast every morning etc.

You can sometimes get good deals when travelling during low season. Some cities are more expensive than others however. Good luck trying to find a hotel downtown in NYC or San Fran at $120 per night. I find accommodations in some U.S. cities are sometimes more expensive then travelling to places in Europe or elsewhere. When I was in Japan, some cities like Nagasaki and Kanazawa, the hotels I stayed at were between $80-90 CAD per night and they were in good areas of the city and pretty modern.

and this is why I love going to Indonesia. $50 gets you a fairly nice place with breakfast. I'm staying at a place in the beginning of December I have cottage booked for $40 per night and it's 120M from the beach. 32SQM cottage with king size bed, private pool, breakfast... there is only 6 cottages on the property

When I went to Japan I stayed primarily at Toyoko Inn, cheaper than here thats for sure. Paid $130/night in Tokyo and like you said $80-$90 a night outside the bigger cities. What were you doing there? Just traveling?

Yeah just travelling. I went last November. Got myself a JR Pass and went all over. Tokyo wasn't that expensive as I thought it was going to be. I stayed at a brand new hotel in Shinjuku for $150 CAD per night. Other smaller cities weren't that expensive like you said. Hotels in Kyoto though were expensive and there was very limited availability when I was there, though that was the only exception. Even when in Japan, food and drinks aren't that expensive which was a nice bonus as well. And the food was fricking awesome!

I usually just go to a State Park when travelling in the U.S. My girlfriend and I both love the outdoors and don't mind cereal for breakfast or public showers. I honestly sleep better in a tent and fresh air than a stuffy hotel and some beers at the campfire beats watching TV before bed.

Camping and fishing over a beach vacation anyday. Too bad my wife doesn't feel the same lol.

I was in Tokyo Shinjuku area during the last ALCS. A Japanese guy in the elevator saw me wearing my Blue Jays cap, and asked where I'm from. Then he said, Jays are in big trouble, after 0-2 loss to KC, They take baseball seriously in Japan, and TVs in the stores were showing the playoffs.

Restaurant staff will refuse to accept tips as well which makes eating out even cheaper. Despite that, Japan is the place where I've experienced the best service - they must just pay staff a fair wage.
