Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Dude, I love Biagini. The moment never seems to get to him, he just does his thing and gets GBs. Yeah he's been in some big spots this year and it never seems to faze him.
Yorkshire Blue Jay Verified Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Looks like I am going to have to sell my pair for game 3. With it being Thanksgiving, family comes first with dinner set for Sunday night. Yeah I had that dilemma too, but I called today with my apologies and will be at the dome on Sunday evening and will take them out to make up for it another time.
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Biagini has been huge in some really tight spots lately. That's what she said... I'll show myself out.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Yeah I had that dilemma too, but I called today with my apologies and will be at the dome on Sunday evening and will take them out to make up for it another time. I have to work 6pm-2am so I sold mine and made $200 profit which isn't too bad.
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Joe to start the 7th and then Liriano to finish the game. If we score again though use Feldman - no point wasting Liriano if it's not close.
jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 That's what she said... I'll show myself out. Hehehe

eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 If we score again though use Feldman - no point wasting Liriano if it's not close. Hell no. Feldman should not see any action unless it's to mop up.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Hell no. Feldman should not see any action unless it's to mop up. Or to bring the ice for the beers after this sweep
el duque Verified Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 you can not keep Josh too many at bats silent
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Hell no. Feldman should not see any action unless it's to mop up. That's what he just said, lol.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Why would we go to Liriano? This is a standard Bullpen game and should be handled the same way as any other bullpen game.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Hell no. Feldman should not see any action unless it's to mop up. Agreed. Liriano isn't scheduled to start in this series, and the Jays have an off-day tomorrow. Let him shred up their lefties to close out the game.
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Hell no. Feldman should not see any action unless it's to mop up. What would you call pitching in a blow out win if it's not mopping up? Irrelevant if we fail to score anyway.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Why would we go to Liriano? This is a standard Bullpen game and should be handled the same way as any other bullpen game. 4 runs isn't really a lead you want to f*** with in a pivotal playoff game. A win here is nearly a nail in the coffin, you can't take chances with that. If we tack on a few more runs here, sure.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 What would you call pitching in a blow out win if it's not mopping up? Irrelevant if we fail to score anyway. This is hardly a blowout.

Joe for another inning and then Liriano for 2 innings is a no brainer.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Biagini should easily be able to go another inning here.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Rangers run differential currently stands at -3, regular and postseason combined. yeah but their record in one run games is 36 and 11 which is all that matters.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Come on Biagini one more quality inning.

This, I don't want to see Feldman near a game of this magnitude unless we have a 7+ run lead

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Liriano is Gibbons closer Liriano could legitimately be a really good closer. He's got the Andrew Miller high 90s heat and wipeout slider working lately.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Who the f*** even suggested Feldman. When's the last time he even pitched.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Get it done Joe! Liriano should be warming though. Odor coming up soon.
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 This is hardly a blowout. Sorry but you misunderstand- I said if we score again (I.e. If we make it a blowout) we should save Liriano for when we need him.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 "It's only a four run deficit" k They are right. Rangers get one or two runs this inning and they are right back in it.
