It's an excuse one way or the other. "They were rust" if they lose and if they win "the rest was much needed." I don't think it matters too much.

I agree but there are different levels of it. Calling out biased announcers is one thing (and frankly what does it matter who cares if they are biased?) but there are some in this forum (you know who) who put on tinfoil hats and claim that there is a conspiracy to keep the Jays from winning. That's laughable.
