havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Great play by Pedroia. Are we going to get banned for praising Pedroia on here?
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 I *almost* feel sorry for Boston fans, having to pin their hopes on Buchholz in an elimination game.

Leafs2726 Verified Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Ya Buch is usually batting practice. Guess he had a better 2nd half of the season?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Are we going to get banned for praising Pedroia on here? Nah, we'll just have to endure some rants from Grant, which is probably just as bad if you actually do read it.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 I *almost* feel sorry for Boston fans, having to pin their hopes on Buchholz in an elimination game. Almost as bad as Rangers fans relying on Colby Lewis after their top two got destroyed. Pretty similar storylines actually.
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Big Poopi needs to load up his syringe with some more steroids. He's clearly running low here.
JoeCarter Verified Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Watching Red Sox get booed off their own field after getting swept will in many ways be more satisfying than vanquishing them in the ALCS.

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 One and done Dodgers I expected but really shocked how bad the Red Sox have been.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Watching Red Sox get booed off their own field after getting swept will in many ways be more satisfying than vanquishing them in the ALCS. And the final nail in the coffin is them losing in shirty Fenway
Leafs2726 Verified Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Nice try Ramirez going going ohh caught
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Lmao did Cal Ripken just say *******s on the air? lmao he said "the joke was in the delivery *******s"
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Time for Francona to go to the pen.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 A half decent relay gets him easily
baseball player 3.0 Verified Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Red Sox score on what would be a lazy fly ball in any other park
FireAlexAnthopoulos Verified Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Fenway is a complete and utter joke.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Lmao did Cal Ripken just say *******s on the air? lmao he said "the joke was in the delivery *******s" I can check. When did he say it?
baseball player 3.0 Verified Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Fenway is a complete and utter joke. It's an unfair advantage. People can say "but the other team has the same advantage" but the Red Sox actually build their team to take advantage of it. Other teams don't bother because they don't play there 81 games a year.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Red Sox fans have decided to cheer?
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Got King BABIP Leon to look awful. Go regress a little more you scrub

I'm not sure it's all that bad because of the height of the wall. An advantage, sure, but I'm not sure about unfair. I'd argue the short porch the Yankees have is degrees of magnitude worse.

In addition to how it's basically legalized cheating, it's also a terrible fan experience. They've renovated it a million times, it's still ugly. It's cramped. Parking and leaving are both a nightmare. Everything is wildly expensive. Most overrated stadium in sports.

I'd agree with you that Yankee stadium is an even bigger joke because it wasn't built before cars were invented.
