KevinGregg Verified Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Britton is not immune to BABIP.
frizzer1 Verified Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Osuna really isn't pitching badly guys. he usually blows the ball past people....not happening now....he's definitely looking tired..
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 If you're giving up bombs in the BP you're pitching bad. Everything is a small same size there lol. Kim just battled like a mofo. Most batters would have struck out there.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 So I guess it's safe to assume this team is just automatically going to blow it every time they have a 1-run lead in the 9th. Horrendous. Would be interesting to know the % of blown saves when we score less than 4 runs....do we blow more more saves then or when we have scored a bunch of runs in a game...or is it totally random.
Governator Community Moderator Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 This is f***ing frustrating. The nerves, the drama, kja;lskdfja;lsdfj;alsfda;lkdfjGGRRERRRRR http://sports.cbsimg.net/images/visual/whatshot/Papi-pedroia-phone-freakout.gif
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Osuna missed his spot across the plate. That's pitching bad.
GoJays1562 Verified Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Loss is on the offense. How long can this pitching bail you out? You had bases loaded last inning and couldn't score. We could have really used some insurance.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 This offense in a wildcard game is going to be frightening. Reimold doesn't catch that one Jays have a couple more runs. Who knows how Upton's AB endsif that ball isn't called a strike.
admin Site Manager Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 The devastating threesome of: Pillar Barney Carerra Jesus Montero would look nice right now.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Silver lining....would rather face orioles in wc.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Thank god Osuna was there to save that 4 run game last night. Who needed him fresh for tonight? That's why Gibby is gone ubless we win it all...hurts the team in game on multiple levels.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Liriano pitched brilliantly and the offence f***ing goes to sleep again.
43211234 Verified Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Easy win. The blown save will happen.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 A Kansas City bloop would be lovely.
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Liriano pitched brilliantly and the offence f***ing goes to sleep again. It's all bad luck!
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Don't worry guys tonight will be the night Britton blows a save...lmao.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Britton just threw 5 straight fast balls and pillar can't even make contact.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Shake it off and rally here, where's Spanky? THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Kim just battled like a mofo. Most batters would have struck out there. He definitely battled but that last FB missed location and was right in a LH's wheelhouse.
Olerud363 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Silver lining....would rather face orioles in wc. ARe you an idiot?? There is no guarentee of a wild card. Detroit will be happy to face the Orioles I guess.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 This game really f***ing pisses me off.
Governator Community Moderator Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 This looks like an equal match here.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 Britton vs Pillar, Barney, and Zeke is just wonderful.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 He definitely battled but that last FB missed location and was right in a LH's wheelhouse. Sure but he never even sees that pitch if he doesn't foul off a bunch of good strikes. Sometimes you gotta give some credit to the opponent.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 I'm more happy with "we're first". Like I said... gruber's happy 2. Loves it
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 One up on the Orioles and two up on a playoff spot with four to play and three vs. Boston. I don't f***ing like that equation at all.
