I mean sure I want to win too, but we have Liriano, Feldman and Bolsinger who could probably contribute just as much if not more than Dickey. I don't really care what does and doesn't concern you, I think you would find similar feelings towards RA across the fanbase more than any other pitcher.

They don't need Thole to catch them. I'm expecting that eveytime you evaluate Dickey you are encorpirating Thole because whatever starting catcher we've had during his 3 year stint (Arencibia, Martin or Navarro) we've been using Thole instead. So whether you evaluate Dickey using fWAR or RA9-WAR to evaluate Dickey at 0.7-1.2 WAR, his buddy is costing us -0.6 WAR

 

So the package is 0.1-0.6WAR. I think Liriano can give us exactly this if not better without rostering his buddy or seeing his stupid floater for the rest of the month
