I don't think I trust Liriano much more than Dickey to be honest but if all things are equal and we get the same same results without having Thole in the line up... I think it's a no brainer to just put Dickey in the pen and never use him. Liriano is the back up post-season arm and roll with Martin/Navarro rest of year. I don't see any reason why Dickey deserves to be starting any more this month. I also really hate when people say look at the numbers, the number say he's inconsistent as ever.

 

absolutely agree, the fact that dickey sucks is only half the problem and the fact that butTHOLE is horrible at every aspect of baseball is the other half.

I don't think I've ever heard so much bitching about the expanded rosters as I have heard this year. I understand the arguments but f*** it is what it is. Stop your whining. Worst thing I heard today was that the Jays are in a playoff race and have to see a guy they have never seen before.

I guess you haven't seen how bad Thole is at bunting... lol he is horrible at everything to do with baseball.

I dont think Thole can actually bunt. You guys need to understand he's actually useless. I blame the FO for actually continuing to stick with him in September. He got us the large # of innings, and that's where his usefulness ends.

I can't dwell on crappy performances by individuals as it is a team effort and this team has not got it together yet and this team is running out of time. Way to many runners left on the bases.
