IMO the claims of getting high with one of the Jays players during the season seems more far fetched, given the random drug testing. This also occurs in the offseason, so why would EE refuse to smoke during the season but smoke a bunch of weed later?

There was two players she got high with the teammate of EE invited another teammate with him. At least that's what she claimed. Doesn't seem too far fetched to me also it happened during the party weekend in Baltimore where we benched all of our starters.

Weed isn't a drug against the MLB structure, I believe. Just in MILB.

because of the 48 hour rule, it seems like it would be easy to be prepared for anyway. I think you need to fail two tests for drugs of abuse before you have to do your treatment program too. And the first positive test never goes public, which is why it's really a non-issue in baseball at all.
