Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Buck and the fans did all they could to make me think that was gone
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 See? The Jays played the right way after EE's solo blast, they hit the ball went the other way, aggressive baserunning. They scored zero runs, but they made him work, that's all that counts. Exactly, let the top 4 swing out their shoetops and the more speedy players look the other way and be krafty
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Am I high, or were those homers an inning apart, and Buck just acted like they both happened that inning? Holy s***, I was Buck'd too.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Man, do I ever hate that stupid little hill in CF.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 There's that pretty rasmus swing
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 That hotdog O's bigger than the kid
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Man, do I ever hate that stupid little hill in CF. Well they took the pole out of there now right?
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Man, do I ever hate that stupid little hill in CF. Hyper-extended knee in the making, so dumn.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Okay let's end this: Blue Jays in 2016 entering today: Singles: 544 (27th in MLB) Doubles: 189 (T-5th in MLB) HRs: 150 (2nd in MLB) BBs: 409 (2nd in MLB) Elite power hitters up and down the order hit for both power and walk a ton. They're on base a lot. The home runs are an obvious boon, but this is hardly a team who "waits" for home runs. Or we could play like the Royals with their 693 singles, complemented by 90 home runs and 242 BBs. Couldn't put it better myself. The same people who make these arguments make the same argument of how average is somehow more important than OBP.... when OBP takes into account the batting average People like to complain to complain!
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Yeah, you have to seriously consider JD for a gold glove this season...
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Lmao that Astros fan kid had a Bombardier cap #CanadaFTW
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Man, do I ever hate that stupid little hill in CF. The Crawford Boxes and that hill should certainly be illegal. Must play with the away team hitter's approach since you know you basically can't go deep to center.

I think every fanbase complains about the same things with their offence even when it's constantly disproved.

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Yeah, you have to seriously consider JD for a gold glove this season... With Machado playing so many games at SS it's possible.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Lmao that Astros fan kid had a Bombardier cap #CanadaFTW The hat was delayed 8 months from the product line.
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Well they took the pole out of there now right? I thought that was old Tiger stadium.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 I always look at the OBP over Batting Average. I wasn't talking to you specifically lol. You're just reactionary at times
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Was it Jim Edmonds who made that unreal catch running up that hill?
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 I thought that was old Tiger stadium. It's gone now but was there recently. http://www.realclearsports.com/blog/TalsHill.jpg
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Man, do I ever hate that stupid little hill in CF. I get wanting your park to have a unique "quirk" but this stadium has two with the hill and the short porch and they both just look dumb.
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 f*** Bombardier for their constant delay of TTC streetcars Lmao
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 The hat was delayed 8 months from the product line. Haha

Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 That single was way better than the home run. Okay I'll stop now lol
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 It's gone now but was there recently. http://www.realclearsports.com/blog/TalsHill.jpg Holy s***, forgot about that pole. How in thw f*** did Mlb allow this??
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 A.J. Reed looks like an Offensive Lineman not a Baseball player.
JoJo Parker Dunedin Blue Jays - A SS On Tuesday, Parker was just 1-for-5, but the one hit was his first professional home run. Explore JoJo Parker News >
