Always liked Benoit. Despite his struggles, he has a proven track record of being an elite late inning reliever. Hopefully he can turn it around here like Grilli has.

Dude this is awesome, he had a random jump in walks but stuff seems to still be there, his velo averaging out at the same rate it was last year, and he has an option. This is so refreshing to see.

 

What a contrast compared to last season's deadline but man they've been effective and exciting. The Cleveland penny pinching mentality is probably being loved by the suit wearers at Rogers, $5M for Upton, free Grilli and a third of the 15$M (I think) minus the cash from Seattle. I'm very impressed
