fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 So if we win today, 1 game back, that's great. Especially how we were 4 back after the second L to Oakland. The AL East is going to be a nail biter
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Can someone please get Tabler and Devlin a farm system report of the Orioles? Baltimore's farm is one of the worst in MLB. No way they'll be adding a starting pitcher--they can't afford it. Especially considering top prospect Hunter Harvey is facing Tommy John surgery.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Sanchez is using his changeup a lot more than his curveball tonight...any reason? Maybe the curve isn't working for him tonight
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Very likely, it could also include some option like Papi. Feel sorry for Jose for his injury in FA year, it would really hurt him. Whether he stays in Jays or not, I like to see him get paid. Bautista's short comings this year just might allow us to nab him on a one year deal so he can re-establish himself before getting a nice three or four year deal afterwards. I doubt it though, but he won't get what he was originally asking.

gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Maybe the curve isn't working for him tonight He hasn't thrown many, you have to give yourself a chance to catch a feel for it while it's still early. It seems like he got spooked when he gave up that fluke double on a badly missed curve.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 And I'm going to win the lottery this weekend You just might..

Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 That sprint to the dugout is very weird lol
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Why does he keep sprinting lol
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 My God, Lake just sells out on a fast ball and swings at a breaking ball a foot outside and down. f***ing pathetic approach. The Jays should watch some Cub's video and learn what a two strike approach actually looks like. Everybody there has a fantastic two strike approach, that's why they're where they are.
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Your audience is Canadian in case you didn't know, Pat. We don't Farenheint or however you spell it
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Godley sprinting..lol Where will you be when diarrhea strikes?

Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 or maybe they just have better players? No.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 At least Junior Lake will be DFAd in a week when Bautista comes back.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 or maybe they just have better players? Lol Watch one of their games and you'll see what i'm talking about.
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Lol Watch one of their games and you'll see what i'm talking about. It was junior freaking Lake
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Sanchez should have tried to field that.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 It was junior freaking Lake I watch every f***ing Jays game. You think i'm lumping everyone into Junior Lake AB's? C'mon buddy.
