No panic from me, but that really was a horrendous pant s***ing from Storen. Two strikes both times and then two HBPs that would have looked intentional in another situation.

 

And of course the bases loaded BB by Chavez. So bad.

 

Storen has been a f***ing disaster, and I can't wait until he's gone. Sometimes things just don't work out. Storen is one of those things.

I heard rumors from a talking head on talk-radio that he was really butt-hurt about being traded here and a week or 2 later the Jays made a report that they would look to trade him. His hearts obviously not in it, why Gibby keeps on putting him in high leverage situations is a mystery to me.

Storen was a head case last year when his closer position got taken away from him. I guess they thought a change in scenery would help, but clearly he's just a dumpster fire.

That's one thing I really respect about Donaldson, he has always seemed as though he wanted to be here. His heart has been into it from day one.

In fairness to Gibby, it was a clean inning with the bottom of the order batting. The situation was absolutely manageable. He was on the cusp of getting his guys too. I don't think any of this is on Gibby.
