Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Stilson? Yeah, he should/could be an excellent option in the near future.
admin Site Manager Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Needed that win. Need tomorrow too. Of course they are, I can see a bunch of miserable f***s being mad that someone is having fun playing this great game. What happened? Any video?
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Once we get Cecil back the pen should begin to take shape. Should still be targeting a power reliever come July though. I'm still holding out hope for Stilson making an impact at some point. Not convinced Grilli is any real high leverage answer but he was a hell of a good pick up at no risk. If Cecil can get back to the form he was for 2/3rds of 2015, the difference in our pen would be staggering. He was lights out against LHH and RHH with little hard contact and 12ks/9. We will need him to pull ahead of BoSox and BALT.
Cyborg Verified Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Yeah, he should/could be an excellent option in the near future. Stilson suxxxxx.

jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Yeah, he should/could be an excellent option in the near future. He's almost 26 and not in the bigs.. what's so special about him?
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 That nickname is a morphed name because everyone knows Shapiro has final say over Atkins. Not because they're garbage. Shatkins is an amalgamation of Shapiro and Atkins' names, it's not used to describe any one of them individually. Damn lol. I guess you learn something new every day

King Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 He's almost 26 and not in the bigs.. what's so special about him? Nothing anymore walking 5.4 per 9 in AA. Gross.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 He's almost 26 and not in the bigs.. what's so special about him? live MLB calibre arm, slowed by injuries if he can stay healthy, he can contribute I see the help being Cecil and Schultz soon
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Stilson suxxxxx. Really? I heard his velo is back,etc...
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 He's almost 26 and not in the bigs.. what's so special about him? He was being groomed as a beckend reliever/closer until he got hurt, about a year and a half ago.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Nothing anymore walking 5.4 per 9 in AA. Gross. Oh... ewww... Edit: He hasn't thrown that many innings since coming back, there might be something there.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Man Grilli looks phenomenal. This might be a huge steal.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Nothing anymore walking 5.4 per 9 in AA. Gross. The ultimate small sample size. Apparently hes touching 98 with ease. I say give him some time hes had so many injuries.
sawyerford Verified Member Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Thank God. Add Biagini to the Do not trust list. I trust him a lot
sawyerford Verified Member Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Biagini is literally the worst pitcher. He f***ing sucks. He is absolute GARBAGE. -People on Twitter (and some people in this thread)

sawyerford Verified Member Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 What games has he struggled in besides this game and the game in Detroit? Plus he's a Unknown Double A pitcher probably had very little in terms of scouting report. More games in the majors, better reports. Hitters have begun to adjust. The Orioles have some very good hitters -- and they've had his number this year. Rookie's go through phases like this, guys start figuring you out a bit more and you have to learn more about the in-game adjustments, his stuff is good. He hasn't even given up a HR yet. I hope he gets a little rest because Gibby has been using him a lot lately. He will be fine.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 You just called him one of our top relievers in this thread, your as volatile as relievers. I said a reduced role how the f*** does that mean I think hes bad. I just don't think he should be the setup man. Mutiple innings in middle relief is more ideal. And nice to have. Grilli and Osuna get you punch outs at the end of games. That's what you want.

Or anything different, you might lose your boner if Grilli blows one, same difference. Not to mention you said why use your best relievers in a 5 run game. Your spine is like rubber. Volatile.

Stay classy spanks.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 I think Biagini is generally solid, but i don't think he's as lights out as many believe.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 According to a popular Orioles hangout poster jays hitter don't deserve any credit for today and our stadium should be disallowed by MLB it is a house of horrors
