BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 As long as you're not driving... Or being driven at the time!!! Lol
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 The Bautista home run, is that a routine fly in most parks? I'm always curious about how the dimensions apply to some of those close ones over the monster. I personally like how in Baseball each park is uniquely different. I mean the short porch in Yankee Stadium is annoying but it hasn't been a huge problem in recent years. We have pitched so well against them.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 This ballpark is a gongshow of a design.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 I definitely doubted him last year. Oh we all did. I wasn't a fan of trading Lind for a swingman prone to the Homerun.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Oh we all did. I wasn't a fan of trading Lind for a swingman prone to the Homerun. I was fine with it, Lind spent a lot of time with Toronto and I think it was time for a change, he was down with the swirl life though so he always was cool in my books.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 horrible approach so far. Throwing nothing but fastballs and guys are chasing out of the zone.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Having Cecil back will be huge Cecil July 2015 - ALDS yes please.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 This ballpark is a gongshow of a design. It's old... so that makes it okay ... or somethng
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Tim Hortons puts chicken burger chopped up in a a tortilla and calls it a wrap
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Lol E-Rod literally threw nothing but fastballs that inning.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Is it just me or do the starters all seem to be hitting a Ruff patch of late? Maybe time to have them all miss one start in the next week or two and recharge and regroup! Hutch Chavez Floyd Leblanc and diamond can each make one start if possible or two if need be!
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Having Cecil back will be huge Yes it will especially if he makes his adjustments. He always seems to be a slow starter. I have no doubt he will figure it out. Its a free agent year for him. Lefty setup men do well on the free agent market. Plenty of incentive for him.

Its just you. Its only Stroman struggling. And only Hutch should be making spot starts from that group. Potentially Chavez but hes been so bad this year. He might actually be a better starter.
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 I was hoping for a quick inning for Estrada to level his count a bit but that's already pretty much out the window.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Estrada is throwing a lot of pitches and they're not biting on the change-up. More cutters please
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Really interested in hearing what the people you talk to think about hockey Tab.
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Walks this series - Dickey 5 Stro 5 Marco 3 so far
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Walks this series - Dickey 5 Stro 5 Marco 3 so far But if we win 2 of the 3 zero f***s will be given.
BigBulgeBlueBird Verified Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Better to walk them then to let them hit, very dangerous ball club to be sure
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Walks this series - Dickey 5 Stro 5 Marco 3 so far Almost as if the Red Sox are a patient team!

Shanchez has been good but has a limit issue, and Happ struggled of recent too... But ok Plus did someone not say we are about to head into inter league play? Timing would be good as any! Safe there bullets for the American League and get them some rest and take a look at what you got before a injury or the Shanchez to the pen move.
Cyborg Verified Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Better to walk them then to let them hit, very dangerous ball club to be sure Walk is more harmful than a ball in play on average. Even for the best hitter of all time.
nextyear Verified Member Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Bobby Orr is at the game. I was a big Bruins fan when he played. As a kid I listened to the Bruins on the radio, while living in southern Nova Scotia.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
