o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 well that worked out well. Stroman's pitch count is back on track after 4.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 People were ripping on Stro 20 pitches into the game lol
glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Barney is a better player than Goins. It's actually sad that the Jays will likely favor Goins when Travis gets back. I guess they could always keep both Barney and Goins since Roidabello is no longer wasting a bench spot, but if Goins is still hitting this badly, they could demote him and take advantage of his options (crosses fingers).
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Do you really think Gibby would allow Goins to be sent down after him being with the team all of last season and starting in the playoffs? It's not up to Gibbons.

Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 It really pisses me off that the broadcast advertises the hockey game on another channel. It's like saying, "Hey everyone, don't watch this amazing baseball team that we own, because Wed rather you watch the crappy sport they call hockey because we signed a dumb TV deal with them and now we're punching ourselves because no one wants to watch."
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Thole starter and martin back up confirmed
Hal Johnson Verified Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Thole is the new Carrera. LOL! I was about to post the exact same sentence.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 I swear half this board could have better at bats than Thole. edit: gets another f***ing hit half this board can't lift a bat...
Swervin81 Verified Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Thole with now 3 hits in his last 3 AB's. Time to buy some lottery tickets.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 It's not up to Gibbons. Do you truly think that Atkins/Shapiro prefer Carrera as the 4th OF instead of Brown/Lake? That's kind of evidence showing that Gibby has a say in these things. I imagine he would with Goins as well.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 OMG.. Carrera is going to be leading off for a while. Lol..
