burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 When Chapman gets back that bullpen is going to be absurd I think I remember hearing Girardi say they all will never be used in the same game. 2 will pitch 8th/9th and save one so the pen they don't get overworked.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 at least it'll be christmas morning when I get on mlbtr before work and see "Chris Colabello has been designated for assignment"
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Puts us 3 games back already clean sweep will get it back Also if us being last and the O's being first isn't a good indication that it's too early to conclude anything idk what is
TilsonBritoFan Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Another L thanks to our shitpen. Uhhh...we only allowed 3 runs. WE ONLY HAD 3 HITS!
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Another L thanks to our shitpen. Our premier offense can't hit anything
Statman Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Tulo worries me because it's not just the start of this season where he hasn't hit...it was the last 50 games last year.. I understand that he wasn't comfortable.....but still...its concerning. Tulo's hitting decline has been going for over an entire season now. Same with Martin.
Cyborg Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Another L thanks to batted ball luck. ftfy
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Jay Bruce in 3..2..1 Pleason don't ShaAtkins

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 I live in Toronto for the past 10 years now. Yet you're 25 and a Vegas swirling chumpion. Private Jets, etc, you're a loser.
vdubmvp Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Jonn's going to meet me and Deadpool, this Friday. Is Jonn aware of this?
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 I think I remember hearing Girardi say they all will never be used in the same game. 2 will pitch 8th/9th and save one so the pen they don't get overworked. I'm sure it won't be a hard rule, but obviously he'd try to stagger them.
Patrick Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Tulo's hitting decline has been going for over an entire season now. Same with Martin. AA not looking quite as genius now. Perhaps he took the money and ran before he was exposed.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 bunch of slack jawed yokels lol
nmrch Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Smoak/Colabello have gone 2-25 with 3 walks, no extra base hits. Its not like either of them have long histories of being good hitters, Pompey who has done nothing but mash since being sent down needs to be playing ahead of these bums.
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Your not going to win much scoring 2 runs. The offense has to get going. Jd and bautista only guys who have shown up.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 3 measly hits..not gonna cut it
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 McCain, he must be the heir to the potatoe factory. I know that person IRL.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Tulo's hitting decline has been going for over an entire season now. Same with Martin. Lol you're an idiot

glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Ohhhhh man, singing a new song 5 minutes into the season, lol. It's the "song" I've been signing since last July when I was one of the few who didn't like the Tulo trade. I still expect him to rebound, but 5 more years at his age and his injury history, and you're fooling yourself if you think he'll be the guy he used to be. I thought the 3 WAR projection was fair, and still do. I just think the Jays will not get the value out of him that some are anticipating. Like i've been saying with JB and Edwin, paying for past performance is dangerous.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 4 losses by a combined 5 runs so far lol. Just like last year!
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Lol you're an idiot Why? Outside of his 2014 season....which certainly looks like an outliner, Martin is only a 105-115 wRC+ hitter
