THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Sanchez' fastball hovering around 94 tonight, weird. Here's another walk, damn Sanchez.

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 This start is nowhere near as impressive, but the results are badass so far.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 I will say that Sanchez isn't pitching like someone who walked 3, he's been screwed out of at least 10-15 strikes by this Ump.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 I beg to differ. He has walked there but how many hard hit balls have you seen This is a very good start

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Hard hit balls counter: . 0 Hah!
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Damn, that was some nice contact at least from Russell.
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Martin is getting eaten alive by the BABIP Monster
nmrch Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 This start is nowhere near as impressive, but the results are badass so far. Even the new and improved Sanchez will theoretically struggle against lefties because of his reliance on the 2 seamer and curveball. The walks are forgivable given he's facing only 2 natural RHB and the Yankee lineup in general is pretty good. He needs better command of the changeup to neutralize lefties a little bit more but if he's abandoned the 4 seamer completely he'll always have .significant platoon splits
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 He's hit Tanaka before 3-7 small sample, yes dumn. Gibby. With the short porch and a RHP it has to be Smoak in the line up.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 hard hit balls counter: . 77.8% gb
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 This ump has a 5 inch grey zone on the right side of the plate

He threw an awesome changeup early for a swinging strike, Martin needs call it more often.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Shulman should be doing every game. bury Tabler some place and go with Shulman and Buck
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 f*** Saunders, not a good throw.
el duque Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Saunders has to improve his through to second, second time they make 2B on him
ValiantJaysFan Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Some of you apparently want Sanchez to fail based on your posts. Dude is a starter. Has always been a starter. And is probably our second or third best starter
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 I wonder what happened to Sanchez' velocity?
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 I wonder what happened to Sanchez' velocity? Pitching from the stretch a lot more might have a little to do with it.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Didi fro Bauer was a good trade, now lol
