Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Johan Santana will make his last attempt to throw in the big leagues . Jays and Twins interested
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Again? Didn't we try this last year?
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 one of my favorite pitchers back in the day. Let him start a few games and then put him on the level of excellence
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 He's probably lower than Hutchison on the depth chart
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 FFS Id rather get Kelvin Escobar out of retirement
baloojayz Verified Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 You'd think he would at least get himself in a position to pitch a few innings in the big leagues before stuff like this gets picked up as news...Last yr he was warming his way to throw off a mound for the first time in yrs??? (and then didn't even get around to that?) Imo the rotation can only be improved by trading Dickey and something good for a #1/2 _______ Stroman Estrada Happ Sanchez Chavez Hutch

baloojayz Verified Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Switch Dickey with Hutch rotation is improved Would rather watch Hutch struggle for a whole year, yes!

Don't be so sure Today in baseball manager for Android I acquired Carlos Carrasco for just Richard Urena and Ryan Tapera After that I lost interest in the game. In a few mere moves I also had Chris Sale and Felix Hernandez on the Jays .:-(
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 What is he trying to prove? 37 years old, hasn't really pitched at all since 2012, was throwing 88 at that time, failed minor league deal comeback every season.....

I think it's a pretty easy way to earn a few hundred grand while vacationing in Florida and staying in shape

Slade Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Like every year a Minor League deal can't hurt.
