Go Smoak full time and call up Burns would be the best option when Cola is demoted/replaced. Let's see how long his rope is, hopefully not too long. Smoak should play at least against RHP.

If you do that, it would have to be Lake as the fifth OF. Pompey and Ceciliani need every day ABs. Also Lake adds the RHB wrinkle.

Calling up Pompey and rotating Bautista and Saunders at DH would be the right thing to do but probably won't happen.
