I've really honed up my baseball knowledge over the years though. I guess I was what the younger fans would call more of a "dinosaur fan"... stuck strictly to the traditional stats. I've been doing all I can to learn the league in my gambling pursuits and I gotta say, advanced stats really have helped, especially as far as SP is concerned.
